Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

I had a bank note for a car and apparently I hadnt paid it off in full like I thought I did and I now am receiving a small claims Court Hearing for the remaining balance. I am fine with the part about oweing the balance, the part I am not ok with is, in the claim the vice president of the bank who filled out the paper work has checked that she believes the defendant( which is me) "is not" mentally competent. I feel that is a Deprivation of my Character. Do I have a case where I could sue the bank for her stating that in court paper?
