what recourse do i have to get all windows replaced and putting up with continua
New home construction/continual water leaks and wind through windows/walls. wind comes right through the windows and leak water. Water has allways leaked in basement sence we moved in after a several tries and tearing up our brick paver pourch it still leaks. new water leak in living room in cieling comming from windows or roof over hang. is there an Attorney that is familer with these problems and can help

You may have a case against the builder or seller for breach of warranty / breach of contract. If you reside in Wayne, Washtenaw, Jackson counties I would be pleased to speak with you about this matter.
