Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan

I purchase a car from a dealer and it was crash test vehicle and not surpose to be returned to the road, what can i do to get the car dealer to take care of this

You could sue the dealer for this for fraud but it depends upon the damage to the vehicle and a number of other factors.
