Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I live in Taylor Michigan. In 2012 I loaned 1,400 to my daughter's fianc� and have a written, signed agreement. He has paid nothing. Am I inside the statute of limitations on this?

Yes you are. 6 years from the date of his last payment to you, or from the date of the loan if none has been repaid.
