Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

overpayment of wages

I was on workers comp my job paid me and so did workers comp I had no knowledge of this over payment and my employer with out notice is garnishing my wage. Is this legal This has put great strain on my finances.

If you were overpaid, you will need to pay back the amount overpaid. You should meet with an attorney who can review your situation.
