Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Unsecured Credit Cards

Can you please tell me what Companies can do to me if I don't pay unsecured credit cards? I am 72 years old and in ill health and deeply in debt. I am willing to pay a small amount to each company each month, but not what they're asking. Can you help? Thank you.

Re: Unsecured Credit Cards

The WORST thing they can do is garnish your wages, or your bank accounts. Of course if you just have social security coming in, or a pension, they can't do much of anything. If it's the former, you'd better give me a call - 248.569.1900.
