Im drowning and can not afford to have 25% of my wages taken. What are my legal rights? Thank you Jason LaRocque

You need to file a motion for installment payments with the court. You need to print out all of your reasonable monthly living expenses and your income to show the judge what you can afford and why 25% is too much. The only downside to this is that an installment payment order will stop the running of the limitation period on the judgment. A judgment is good for ten years but is renewable for at least another ten years.
