Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Can you get a 7411 [in Michigan] for a controlled substance delivery/manufacture (schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marihuana) (Amphetamine/Adderall) [333.74012B-A]

And a charge of attempt to maintain a drug house [333.7405D[A] ? Its all one case and the charges are against a defendant with an otherwise clean record.

The answer is "No" to both questions. 7411 is only available for drug possession and drug use charges only and that's it. The prosecutor would have to agree to amend or lower the charges to drug possession in order to make you eligible for 7411. However they may be evidentiary issues with your case that could be used as leverage to get such a reduction or even dismissal.
