Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

If I went to my arraignment and the judge tells me I can only be around or smoke marijuana unless it's prescribed by a doctor, and I go get my medical marijuana card from a doctor; what will happen at pre-trial? Will it be okay? It's only my first offense and I didn't have the money until now to get my medical marijuana card and I have the money to pay my fine. I never got arrested, only a ticket but I had to go to court. I never got to talk to a prosecutor or lawyer and I really need help. I have a medical condition and can't do community service, hence why I got my medical card I just didn't have the money. Will the judge try sending me to jail?

It sounds like you should hire a criminal defense attorney right away. Maybe cut back on the weed purchases for a while to hire an aggressive lawyer to help you. You can read more at:
