Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i live in Michigan amd need to know how long do i have to file an appeal (criminal) in Federal court i am afriad it may be to late i was denied on 3/31/09 in SCA,

Your question is a little confusing? Are you saying that the Michigan Supreme Court denied your appeal on 3/31/09?
If that you want to file a habeas case, you must generally do it within one year of the denial. Habeas cases can be very technical.
