resisting arrest

if your already in police custody, in your cell and then the person filing charges that alleges you stole her wallet then comes into the police station and says you also stole some oxycotton. and the police take you then to the hospital to be cavity searched and you move during the cavity search. can they get you for resisting arrest.

A search warrant was necessary before they can legally do a cavity search. Did they have one?
