Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Michigan

Hi, a judge in our civil case concerning rental properties, turned the case into a criminal case and had my 2 homes sold. I have went through the Court record and there were 34 biased actions by the Judge . I have written a biased paper on him. This was on a circuit court level in our small town. what should i do now , i want a new trial. I did file my motion in his court 2 weeks ago, no answer. I suspect he will not give a new trial. WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP to have the judge declared bias? Thank you so much!!!!!!!!. Al and Sharon

Your option to is timely file an appeal to the court of appeals. I would strongly suggest hiring an appellate attorney as appeals are very difficult and technical.
