Im appealing to have my breathalyzer removed and reinstate full driving privlages. I have one failed start up from a friend who borrowed my car. He is willing to come in as a witness. I currently have a restricted license and im worried that i will not be able to keep that. This is in Michigan

I would not suggest attempting that without a lawyer, especially if you've had a violation with your ignition interlock.
