Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

What's my Chances, Nil or None?

I have recieved 2 OUIL's. 1 in 97, 1 in 2000. I could have went in front of the appeal board in 2001, but didn't really need my license. I want to move out of state, and just want to get my license straight here before I go, because I won't be able to come back at a later date to get things straight. I went and had an eval. done, with results of...

SASSI3 with an arrow pointing to top of box. top of box has FVA-0 SYM-6 DEF-6 FAM-9

FVOD-0 OAT-5 SAM-8 COR-7

SASSI Low Probability of Substance Dep. Dis.

MAST Score= 36- Alcoholism

Dast Score+0- none reported

I would like to know what all that means, and what my chances are, because if this basiclly says there's no way I'll get them back, then I don't even want to bother wasteing my time going any further than I already have.

I hope someone will accept this question, and I appreciate whoever answers it for me.

Thank You

You can't base your decision on the eval. My office specializes in License Restorations. Please feel free to call for a free consultation. Please remember this is a very technical procedure and you need a speciality firm. Best of luck! Eric I. Kutinsky, Esq. (866) MICHDUI
