Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

DUI conviction and license suspension

I have a DUI conviction(1st offense) and suspension of license in PA(1 year),and am unable to make a living because of that.I can only get an occupational license if I have a job-and I can't look for work with no transportation.I have been tentatively offered a job in MI,and I see that MI is not a member of the Interstate Drivers License Compact. If I have 2 acceptable forms of ID,will I be able to obtain a drivers license in MI?

If you can't drive in PA, you can't drive in MI until your suspension is lifted.

Even if you had a restricted (to and from work) license in PA, it's unlikely that you could be licensed in MI absent court intervention.
