Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

After two and one half years of having a revoked license, going through AA classes, paying all fines and serving all community service, reporting to probation and doing random holiday breathalyzer tests, seeing a drug and alcohol counselor, getting four letters of recommendation, and filling out pages of substance abuse questionaires, not to mention being sober since November 28th of 2007, I was recently denied the opportunity to obtain a driver's license. Is there any appeal process which I can persue and if so, what is the best means of achieving a favorable appeal?

Hiring an attorney is the only way to go. It is a very troublesome process and those without counsel usually do poorly. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss in detail. Tim Klisz
