Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
A 15 yr old was told by legal guardian to get lost and die. Neither parent care for child and abusive. What advise can you give if the 15 year old found a couple she gets along with, that is stable and willing to take in. She dont want to be taken to another home. can they get arrangment to have in home and help with insurance or foster? Is this really a run away when legal custody told her to leave. Someone file her a run away?
