Anullment

My Husband and I have been married for 5 yrs. We have never concimated the marriage, he is addicted to porn and only needs himself. Would I qualify for an anullment? And I am on SSI would I be able to get this Pro Bono?

consumation of the marriage is not grounds for an annulment, and you are probably not entitled to one based on your fact scenario. A divorce would be your alternative. Www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
