atty fee's
my atty told me it will cost me in addition $800.00. I gave her lump sum of money and she told me she would to it for this price? Now,, as I said she wants to charge me more to motion for temp. child support. Does this sound right???

Unless the fee agreement that you originally signed said she would do a petition for temporary child support, yes that sounds right.

Greetings; No, it does not sound right. She should be charging you about $1,200. The offer she gave you is a good deal. I would stop complaining and be thankful you have an economical attorney.
