Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am a custodial parent and my ex, the non custodial parent was given supervised visitations at a facility to be evaluated and have a recommendation made by a case worker due to past drug history and convictions. He has since filed an objection to these visitations. Do I need to continue in the process of setting up and sending my 2 year old daughter to these visitations since he is objecting to them?

Yes. Until a new or revised parenting time order is put into effect, the current order stands, and must be followed.

You must follow all court orders unless and until the court changes them. http://www.wolverinelaw.com
