Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Family Law Advice

I have questions regarding guardianship. Currently my Grandma has it, and has for the past 3 years now. And my mother would like to get Guardianship of me, and I am 16 and wondering how this arrangement could be made possible?

Re: Family Law Advice

Your mother doesn't need guardianship, she is your parent. You need to simply end the guardianship with grandma. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
