Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Can I file a motion to dismiss a motion for grand parenting time (from paternal grandfather) as the one and sole "fit" parent? I filed a response to the motion already and I want to know if I can file a motion to dismiss his motion, so I don't have to follow-through with the court date.

For argument's sake, if you were able to file a motion to dismiss a motion, which you have responded to, you would still need to go to court to argue your motion to dismiss.

Stick with your response and go to court. Good luck. Tim Klisz. Kliszlaw.com
