Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I filed for divorce in Michigan everything was agreed upon and things were going smoothly. I filed for divorce on Thursday and put that I did not need an ex parte interim support order because I am the custodial parent and he was providing adequate support for the children. Today he drained our bank account of $4,000 transferring it into his own account leaving no money for me or the kids to live on at all. I've been a stay at home mom for the entire 8 years of our marriage so he could advance his career and have no income. Do I have a right to that money and how do I get it back? I literally have $2 in change in my purse and that is all. I can't afford to hire an attorney.

Yes you have a "right" to a portion of that money a motion would need to be filed to address the issue in the interim. Feel free to contact my office.
