Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

is there still grand parents right in the state of michigan dhs is say there are no more grand parents rights in the state of michigan

For some reason that I don't understand, we occassionaly see a DHS worker that thinks they are a lawyer. They are not lawyers! They should not be giving legal advice since most of their legal advice is wrong.
