Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Hello

My husband and I are divorcing

We have a son age 2 whom I am about 99 percent sure is not my husbands .

My husband did sign the birth certificate and claims our son , however , he isn't an involved father . The 3rd party I will not disclose bc he is unaware of the child and it was a very bad aituation he is a felon and abusive.

My sons father my current husband cannot afford to pay me support nor would I ask for it . I would like my son and my husband to have a paternity test and if he is truley not biologically his would this accelerate the divorce process . Also I do not want any other testing done . I just want my son .

Thanks

A.L.
