my husband is being charged or questioned for sexual events with our adopted daughter started at 13 now 25 . If he gets charged what happens to me house bills family

Your husband should NOT speak to the police, CPS, or anyone else without first consulting with a lawyer. He should not agree to take a polygraph without first consulting with a lawyer. It's best to get a lawyer involved now who can start working on the case and be up to speed if charges are filed. Plus, if charges are filed and he has an attorney for the arraignment, he'll get a better bond than if he showed up without an attorney.
