Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

If my husband leaves my son and me at home when he knows he is suppose to watch his son while I'm at work can I have him arrested for neglect?

How is he "supposed to watch his son?" Is this Court ordered or somehow a duty he has? If you are there too, how could it be neglect? I don't think you are on the right track here. www.kliszlaw.com
