Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My husband legally adopted my daughter from a previous marriage when she was 2 years old. Now my daughter is 16, and we allowed her to visit her bio family. She now wants to live with her bio dad, which we agree to. What do we need to do legally to make this happen. The bio father lives in a different state than us. Do we need to give him guardianship? Would he be entitled to child support?

He would not be entitled to child support. Have him file a guardianship in the county where he lives so that he has authority to take care of business at school, etc.
