intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED) can i sue my husbands mistress? we live in michigan, and I am going to divorce him for this and would like to sue her, theres not a min that goes by even after a year that i dont think about just killing myself after everything she has said to me. I was so sick from all of what she did that my stomach and intestines are still paying for it everyday
