Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I live in Michigan and have full physical custody of my son, I do however have joint legal custody. I'm trying to figure out what steps I need to take to be allowed to move out of the state?

You will have to file a motion with the court to change domicile. I would strongly suggest you retain an experienced family law attorney from your area that handles divorce, child custody, and parenting time issues.
