I am living with my boyfriend for seven years. When he passes am I entilted to get a portion of his estate even though his ex wife name was never removed from his property?

No. You get no interest in his estate just because you are his girlfriend.

It sounds like your situation is complex. First, he needs to meet with his prior divorce attorney to remove his ex-wife's name from his property. After that's done, he should ask the attorney to properly draft a will so that he can determine in advance whether he wants to leave part of his estate to you.

If this is not cleared up IN ADVANCE, it is likely there will be a huge mess to clear up when he dies.
