Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

In Michigan. I have been unable to find answers to my question. Both parents are ordered to pay half of all medical expenses and extra curricular activities within 14 days of the bill being put into our family wizard. All bills are being mailed and paid by the non custodial because that is how custodial parent set it up. Custodial parent is refusing to pay for anything. Payment requests have been ignored. If the non custodial parent did not repay the expenses it would be deducted from their paycheck. What can the non custodial parent do to have the custodial parent repay what is owed?
