Is it possible to object to an order in family court? If so how do go about filing the objection?

Thank you!

Re: Objections

You can object to any order in any court. The issue is whether the order conforms to the ruling of the judge. If the order is accurate and reflects the ruling of the judge, then you have no basis for an objection. If you feel the judge made an error in the original ruling, the proper method is to appeal to a higher court.....not file objections. Bill Stern
