Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I got preg after seeing this guy for a short time. I then found out he was married. I pushed my harsh feelings aside cuz I believe both parents should be in a childs life. His wife found out and started to call and text me, calling me names, saying how they will be a part of the babys life and nothing I can do about it. He refused to talk to me for months. I begged him to at least help me cuz I was scared to do this on my own. He finally said he'd help. His wife and her sister would call at times just to yell names at me. My baby is now 6 months old. He only seen her a few times but hasnt seen her in 2 months and said he wont unless his wife can come. Her and her family still call at times to say mean stuff to me, like Im a home wrecker and gonna get mine. I filed a report about it at the state police. Today I got papers for him to get visitation. He should want to but I dont want her around his wife. I believe she will hurt her somehow to get to me. I really believe it. What can I do

You need to go to court and get a court order establishing custody and child support. You can also seek a personal protection order against this man's wife to prevent her from calling you, coming to your home, and otherwise harassing you.
