My sons wife says she is going to file for divorce & has started selling their property, moped, snow blower, etc.. No children. Cam she do this?

If they equally own the property, she might be able to sell it. Your son should IMMEDIATELY hire a divorce attorney and ask for a court order to stop her. There are lots of good lawyers around Otsego County.
