if husband an wife has not been together for 10, years but not leagally devorced or seperated,wife is recieving social security income,is that taking from husbands social security?

Without knowing specifics, I would venture that so long as a husband and wife are legally married their social security issues remain intertwined, because the social security office doesn't police you to find out if you're together or not.

The only place tht can tell you for sure is the local/regional social security office.
