If my wife quick claim deeded a property to me and we are not divorced yet but I am seeking a divorce Does she have any claim to this property in a divorce?

Without knowing more information, yes, as all property is considered marital property, barring any prenuptial or other agreement between the parties. Is she executing a quit claim deed for purposes of selling the house, getting her name off it now, or some other reason that predates the judgment of divorce? Remember that transferring property via a deed does not negate a person's financial obligations under any mortgage or note, and the person on the deed will be fully responsible for property taxes.
