I need an emaple of how to answer a civil lawsuit I am the plantiff.

If you are answering, you are the defendant, not the plaintiff. There is no sample. In general, for each paragraph, you must admit, deny, or neither admit nor deny for lack of sufficient information. You must comply with the Michigan Court Rules, but judges are sometimes more lenient with in pro per parties. You must be careful, though, or you can lose your case based on how you answer. You must also file any affirmative defenses with your answer. You probably need a lawyer.
