legal action against a casino?!
I'm 20 years old and went to a casino where I was under the impression that you only had to be 18 to gamble. I have gone twice before and signed up for a VIP card for which the casino gives you $10 on this card with which you can only use to gamble. To obtain this VIP card I presented my VALID drivers license clearly states in red bold letters that I am under 21 until my birthdate later this year. I was told exactly how to use this card in the machines. Needless to say, I spent the $10 the casino gave me plus some. Last night, I returned to the casino and when the ATM became stuck, I was instructed to see a cashier who then asked for my ID and saw that I was 20. Immediately security came and escorted my friends and me out. My friends were 21 but were still told they had to leave because they were with a minor. I was embarressed and humilated and was wondering if I can take legal action against them since I was gambling with the VIP card THEY GAVE ME! I felt I did nothing wrong since it is not posted ANYWHERE in the casino the legal age is 21 to gamble. They do not check IDs at the door or even on the floor while you are gambling. The only time I was asked for my ID is when they issued my VIP card with the free@ $10.

No, you can't take legal action. As a child you learned that two wrongs don't make a right.

No, there is no legal action you can take. Simply because they didn't catch you earlier, but caught you later, doesn't mean you can take any action against them. You were still there illegally. Wait for your 21st birthday and then party like a rockstar!
