Is MRC 2.401 { I }, the correct MRC to use when requesting a witness list from the defendant ? If not, which MRC is ?

All courts have requirements that witness lists be exchanged by certain dates set by the court. If you want to know witnesses and what they will say earlier than when witness lists are due, send interrogatories under MCR 2.302 and 2.309. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
