Can a Small Claim or Civil Judgment be assigned to a third party for enforcement / Collection?

That is how the collection process works. A writ of execution is signed by the judge and it is delivered to a court officer who then goes out and takes property. This is the way it works. they don't have debtor prisons. William S. Stern
