I'm thirty-six years old and my brother is sueing me for 1 3rd of the funneral cost for our father plus 400. dollars he claims for getting me out of jail,that i already paid him. he claims that he will get gardianship of me and my ssi payments, I live with my fiancee and he is tring to get me and her deemed incompetant because of some late bills and the lights where shut of a few months ago that is all behind us now but do i need to worry about having to live with him. (he is a sex offender)
