Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

travel dates wrong

I planned a trip to Las Vegas May 15-18 with my parents for $1500. The Triple A agent verified the dates with me over the phone and sent me the packet on Feb 28. I just looked at the packet and noticed that the dates were March 15-18. Upon contacting them, I was told that I would have to pay $1000, to cancel and another $400 to get the dates that I wanted. I don't feel that I should have to pay because it was their fault.

Re: travel dates wrong

Do you have proof of the verified dates of May 15-18? An e-mail or confirmation letter? If so, I would think you have a good case. If not, you will have a problem proving they were wrong. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
