When can a US citizen apply for green card for his brother & parents?

Son is US citizen and aged 10. Elder brother is 14. What is the process by which youngest son can get green card or US residency for elder brother and for parents?

US citizen cannot petition for parents or brother until he turns 21 years of age. Email if you have any more questions.

U.S. citizen can file any family reunion petition when he turns 21. The difference between such petitions will be that the parents will be under Immediate Relatives and will be able to obtain green cards practically imminently but the brother will go under F-4 category and the current processing time is almost 11 years.

Must wait until 10 year-old reaches age of 21 to petition for parents and brother. Parents will be considered IMMEDIATE relatives and can legalize without delays for visa; brother, however, depending on country, will have to wait after petition is approved to reach priority date. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to email me.
