Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

Employer unexpectedly closed

My employer close on june 21. He promised to issue paychecks for weeks ending 6/13, 6/20, and sunday 6/21 on 6/26. What I git in the mail was a letter informing me that he filed bankruptcy with U.S. Esatern District Court of Michigan, however, to this date 7/8, they have no record or case filed on his behalf. What are my options to get my paychecks? There are 6 other employees (one with bounced checks) in the same predicament I am in.
