Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

Ok just found out landlord is in foreclosure,we got in the mail today Feb 3rd, second notices,first court date is Feb 11 last court date is march 1st landlord will be here today to get the rent , what should i do??.

You are still contractually obligated to pay rent. He may get out of foreclosure.
