Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

A friend from school has been living with me for almost 4 months. My aunt and uncle moved in with me and she was asked to find somewhere else for her cat to live because it is technically my aunt and uncles house. She decided on her own that she could not live with me anymore because she could not afford it. In the process of her moving out, she has harassed my aunt and uncle, and made verbal threats towards me to them. She still has personal belongings in the house, but she has not payed any bills in her name, or received any mail to the house since living there. Does she have any legal right to the house or to press charges against me or my family?

Yes, she is a tenant and you would have to legally evict her unless she completey moved out voluntarily.
