Notice to Quit termination of Tenancy Letter

I have a notice to quit temination of tennacy letter for nonpayment of rent. I am currently 12 days late and paid 800 dollars and submitted a letter to pay the 450 this Friday, before being sent this notice. Should I still send the money since I recieve this letter or wait and go to court?

Re: Notice to Quit termination of Tenancy Letter

I would recommend talking to your landlord about this. Chances are a case hasn't been filed yet. The notice to quit is a necessary requirement before the case is filed. Talk to your landlord to see if they will be willing to take the remaining payment and allow you to remain a tenant before assuming you need to go to court.
