we have rented this apt. for 9 months rent allways on time visitors all ways gone by 7 in the evening and only 2 people at a time and not all the time. our landloard informed us his electric bill was to high and he wants us out by the first of the month this was on march 17th elactric is included do we have more time by law?

Yes. If he wants to evict you. He needs 30 day notice to quit, then has to file eviction in the court. You will get some more time then as well.
