Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
We rented a house to a couple and the husbands grandmother. The wife and the grandmother signed the lease. Now the wife has moved out and wants her name off of the lease. we really would rather have all parties move out because we do not want to be caught up in the middle of this situation.

Tell them you won't let anyone out of the lease unless they are all moving out.
